About Glamease
Glamease is a technology platform operated by Yumi Glow Online Services Private Limited in India. Independent salons provide the beauty and grooming services. Glamease does not own or operate those salons or employ their professionals. Your service agreement is with the salon.
Acceptance and accounts
- Using our website, app or related services, creating an account or booking an appointment means you agree to these terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate, current information.
Bookings and service
We facilitate discovery, appointment booking, payment and reminders. The salon delivers the service and sets its prices. Raise service-quality concerns directly with the salon first; Glamease may assist with mediation if needed.
Payment and offers
- For Glamease bookings, pay through the integrated Glamease payment flow after service completion, not directly to the salon. Enter the final bill amount shown by the salon in the app to complete payment.
- Promotional rates and discounts apply only when payment is made through Glamease. A booking cover charge may be collected to confirm an appointment and is adjustable against the final bill only when the service is taken and paid for through Glamease.
- The salon determines service prices; Glamease collects payments on its behalf and transfers the applicable amount after agreed deductions.
Cancellations and refunds
The Glamease Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the booking cover charge, no-shows, salon cancellations and post-service payments. You may cancel up to one hour before your appointment, but the cover charge is not refunded for customer cancellations. Salon rejection or cancellation qualifies for a cover-charge refund to the original payment method. Review the full policy before booking; any salon-specific cancellation or no-show conditions displayed at booking may also apply where consistent with that policy.
Your responsibilities
- Do not create fraudulent bookings, post harmful or offensive content, or misuse the platform.
- Arrive on time or give notice if you cannot attend. Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The platform’s branding, content and software are owned by or licensed to Glamease and protected by applicable Indian law. Do not copy or distribute them without permission.
Liability and disputes
Glamease does not guarantee the quality, safety or outcome of independent salons’ services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, platform warranties are disclaimed. Our total liability for claims arising from your platform use is limited to the amount you paid to Glamease in the preceding 12 months. Contact the salon first about a service issue, then contact Glamease for assistance. Indian law governs these terms and courts in Hyderabad, India have jurisdiction.
Account and changes
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or misuse. You may delete your account. We may update these terms; the latest version is posted here and applies when published.
