Glamease is operated by Yumi Glow Online Services Private Limited. This policy covers personal data of customers using our website, mobile apps and related services to book in-salon beauty and grooming appointments.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact: name, mobile number, email and optional profile photo.
- Booking: salon, appointment date and time, services, and any requests or notes you submit.
- Payment: amount billed, payment method and transaction reference. We do not store full card or UPI credentials; secure payment providers handle processing.
- Technical and location: IP address, device and operating system, app interactions and location when you allow it for salon search.
- Your preferences for marketing messages and updates.
How we use it
- Create and manage your account, bookings, confirmations and reminders.
- Process payments securely and provide customer support and feedback channels.
- Personalise salon recommendations and offers, improve the platform and meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Who receives it
We share booking details with your chosen salon; transaction information with payment processors; and necessary information with email, SMS and cloud service providers. We may disclose data to legal authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and security
We retain data only for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements, then delete or anonymise it securely. We use encryption, secure servers and access controls, although no internet transmission is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw marketing consent by emailing support@glamease.co.
Children and changes
Glamease is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. We may update this policy and post the latest version here.
