Scope
Glamease is operated by Yumi Glow Online Services Private Limited. This policy applies to salon owners and professionals using the website, apps and partner tools.
Information we collect
- Salon name, business registration, owner or manager name, contact information and physical address.
- Service menus and prices, staff and schedules, availability, bookings and cancellation history.
- Bank account and transaction records for payouts, and tax information such as GSTIN.
- Device and browser information, IP address, location and login activity.
How we use it
We create and display your business profile, services and prices; manage bookings; process payments and payouts; send operational notifications; provide marketing tools; and improve security and the platform.
Payout information
Customer payments are handled through an integrated payment provider. Payouts to your registered bank account are made within T+2 business days after the appointment is completed, excluding weekends and public holidays, less applicable service fees, commissions and agreed discounts. Other applicable adjustments are described in your provider terms and dashboard or written agreement.
Sharing
We share booking information relevant to service delivery with customers, payout information with processors and banks, and necessary data with email, SMS, analytics and cloud service providers. We may share information with regulators or law enforcement when required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent for certain uses, and raise a grievance. Contact support@glamease.co.
Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. Technical and organisational safeguards protect it, although no system is completely secure.
